Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the preparation time before shipping, not the delivery time.
Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional preparation time.

We ship within the United States, including all 50 states.
Shipping Costs — Home Décor & Gifts
Select items qualify for free shipping and will be clearly marked on their product pages.
For eligible items that are not marked with free shipping, the following rates apply:
Order total between $0–$50.00 | $12 Shipping Cost
Order total between $50.01–$100.00 | $15 Shipping Cost
Order total between $100.01–$150.00 | $20 Shipping Cost
Order total between $150.01–$200.00 | $25 Shipping Cost
Order total between $200.01–$250.00 | $30 Shipping Cost
Order total between $250.01–$300.00 | $35 Shipping Cost
Order total between $300.01–$399.00 | $40 Shipping Cost
Mirrors, furniture, oversized items, and orders over $399 require a shipping quote.

Order Updates
For an update on your order, please email mailto:yona@yonart.com with your name and order number.
Cancellations
Please contact mailto:yona@yonart.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours or once they have shipped.
Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email mailto:yona@yonart.com promptly with your order number and photos of the item, box, and packaging.
Please keep the item and all packaging while we help resolve the issue.
